This site gives an overview of the Story Links parent partnership programme including a video of the it being used in school.
It includes the training resources for educational professionals who have attended the 3-day Story Links training and are implementing the intervention in school.
Story Links works with parents and carers to support pupils whose social and emotional difficulties may be related to attachment anxiety which in turn can prevent them fulfilling their academic potential .
Research shows that Story Links supports emotional wellbeing while improving pupils’ reading skills, attendance in the classroom and parental engagement with their child’s learning.
